How does it work?

Our Process

  1. After clicking on the “register here” button, you will be shown a schedule of availability. Pick a time and Daniel will give you a call. The call is to learn more about your athlete’s goals and set up your free assessment.

  2. Once we have an assessment scheduled; please click HERE to print out the “Health and Training History Form” to fill out and bring with you to the assessment.

  3. Bring athletic shoes, a great attitude and be ready to move.

  4. After your assessment; you are ready to jump into the group setting.

  5. Click HERE for weekly schedule to see which days and times are best for your schedule and skill level. We have a fundamentals and advanced class every weekday and Saturday to ensure flexibility in scheduling.

  6. Every month, Daniel will schedule a mental meeting with each athlete to track progress and reflect on mental clarity.
